Message on the 31st Sunday in Ordinary Time (Yr B)
My dear people,
I must confess that I am extremely elated at the knowledge that there will be people in the church this Saturday and Sunday. It has been a very, very long thirteen weeks since the last time you were all here. I wrote to you on Wednesday with all the details about reopening and that letter is on the parish website. If you haven’t already booked to come to Mass this weekend, I strongly encourage you to do so now!
I must emphasise that the Fully Vaccinated Masses are for those who have received TWO doses of the vaccine and you must produce proof of vaccination or a proof of exemption when you arrive in the church.
Now that we are back (Praise Jesus!) we will not live stream daily Mass anymore. We will only live stream the 9am Mass on Sunday until further notice. An exception will be made on 1st and 2nd November for All Saints and All Souls respectively when these two Masses will be live-streamed at 9.30am, as Tuesday is a public holiday.
We will be praying the Saturday evening rosary for the last time tomorrow at 7pm during this Month of the Rosary. You can join in by clicking on this ZOOM link:

We had our last “Cuppa after Mass” last Sunday. I enjoyed it very much and thank all those who regularly attended. It will be much better to see each other in person this weekend.
May I remind you that the Follow Up meeting from the Town Hall will be on 5th November at 7:30pm. May I again strongly encourage you to send your comments, queries and questions to our parish email address at carolinesprings@cam.org.au. The meeting will be via ZOOM: https://zoom.us/j/93544751009.
Fr Simeon and I enjoyed being here to greet you as you brought your thanksgiving envelopes since the lockdown started. Now Masses have started again, you will be able to leave your envelopes in the baskets in the gathering space.
We continue turning to our patron saint and we ask for her intercession.
St Catherine of Siena, Pray for us.
Yours sincerely in Christ,
Fr Richard Rosse PP
