2019 Volunteers Appreciation Dinner - CRC Hall

St Catherine of Siena Parish held this year's Volunteers Appreciation Dinner, which was attended by 177 volunteers and family members last 30 November at the Catholic Regional College Caroline Springs Hall.

The event followed the 1st Annual Volunteers General Assembly & Induction Session held that afternoon to inform all volunteers of the new Safeguarding Children & Young People Policy Framework of the Archdiocese of Melbourne.

Bishop Terry Curtin, Auxiliary Bishop of Melbourne and Episcopal Vicar for Evangelization & Mission who was the principal celebrant for the Vigil Mass was also the guest of honor and delivered the keynote address.

The parish also recognised that night Robert Durai, our parish coordinator for his dedication and work for the parish--a well deserved commendation indeed. As the night wore on we ate, drank and line danced. In all a special night to remember. Thank you Fr Richard for recognizing us.
