In this ministry, Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion take the Eucharist to those members of our community who are unable to attend Mass. If you are unable to make it to church, click here if you wish to register details and we will arrange for someone to come, pray with you, and bring to you the Holy Eucharist.
