Legion of Mary
(Our Lady of Sorrows Preasidium)

The Legion of Mary is a lay apostolic association of Catholics who serve the Church and their neighbour on a voluntary basis. Our Parish has established a local preasidium or chapter.  Their main apostolate work is the visitation of residents in Arcare at Burnside, specifically assisting the Parish Priest, Fr Richard and Deacon Cris, on communion services every Thursday.  Their work also involves the propagation of the rosary by bringing the Pilgrim statue of the Virgin Mary to homes around Caroline Springs within our parish. They meet every Monday at 7.30pm in the Church meeting room. All welcome. [President: Mary Rose Peeters]
